I made a mistake on my order. What can I do?
If you call within an hour of making the purchase, we can usually make changes prior to shipping. After that, you can return or exchange your order if you made a mistake.
What is your return / exchange policy?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return any UNWASHED and UNWORN item for a full refund, minus the original shipping charges within 30 days of purchase. Items purchased from the "Pile" can be refunded or exchanged for any reason. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please visit our returns page to begin the process. Items returned without a valid Return number cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal. We do not accept checks, charity items, meatballs, bartered items or used surfboards or fly fishing gear.
